Hello! A little bit about my hats: There is an adjustable elastic toggle in the back of both the euro and bouffant style hats. For the Euro style it is snuggled into the seam of the back of the hat. With the bouffants it is faced outward. I do this so that the toggle doesn't rub on the back of your neck.
